Short, because the important agreement is the written stay agreement every placement runs on, not this page.
Effective September 5, 2026. By using www.getseniornest.com, contacting us, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms. SeniorNest is operated by 3MA, LLC, 4096 Jasper Loop, Dumfries, VA.
What SeniorNest is
A housing service. We connect older adults and their families with vetted private homes in Northern Virginia that have a room to offer, and we help referring professionals do the same for the people they serve. Every placement runs on a separate written stay agreement signed by host and guest before move-in. That agreement, not this page, governs the stay.
What SeniorNest is not
We are not a care provider, a medical service, a law firm, or a financial adviser. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or financial advice. We are not an emergency service; in an emergency call 911. We do not guarantee that a room will be available, that a placement will happen, or that a placement will suit every need. We say what we know on the first call, and we tell you when we do not know.
Using this site
Give us accurate information and correct it if it changes. If you submit details about another person, you confirm you have their permission or the legal authority to do so. You must be 18 or older to use our forms. Do not use the site to harass anyone, to misrepresent who you are, or to interfere with how it works.
Text messages
Program. SeniorNest housing updates, sent from our business number by 3MA, LLC.
How you opt in. By saying yes when we ask on a phone call, by ticking the text-message box on one of our forms, or by texting our number first. Consent to texts is not a condition of any service.
What you get. Callbacks, appointment and tour reminders, room availability, and replies to questions you ask us. Frequency varies with your housing search and is usually fewer than eight messages a month. No marketing texts.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message and texts end at once, with one confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or call (571) 540-7444.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your number and your consent.
The website assistant
The chat on this site is automated. It answers from a short list of facts about SeniorNest and it can be wrong. It will not give medical advice. For anything that matters, call (571) 540-7444 and speak to a person.
Fair housing
SeniorNest follows the Fair Housing Act. We do not consider race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, or disability in deciding who we help or which homes we introduce. Accessibility needs are used only to find suitable options, never to screen anyone out.
Content and links
The words, photographs, and logos on this site belong to 3MA, LLC or are used with permission. You may read and share them; you may not republish them as your own. Links to other sites are offered for convenience and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. To the extent Virginia law allows, 3MA, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from information on it. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not let us limit.
Law, changes, and contact
